Quadruple Ale

This traditional Belgian style quad (or dark strong ale) has aromas of toffee, fig, and molasses. A full bodied, rich malty palate balances flavors of plum and raisin. Earthy notes of tobacco and citrus are left to round out the finish.

BOURBON BARREL AGED STOUT SERIES

We took our "Unplugged" imperial chocolate stout and aged it in oak barrels for one year. The result was an outstanding, flavorful, and very well balanced bourbon barrel aged stout.
